Rep. Schmidt Tours Veolia Environmental Services in Sauget

State Representative Kevin Schmidt recently visited the Veolia Environmental Services site in Sauget, IL to gain insight into their operations. Expressing his gratitude, Rep. Schmidt stated, "I was grateful for the opportunity to tour the Veolia Waste Incineration site in Sauget." He commended Veolia for their environmentally conscious waste disposal methods, noting, "They dispose of waste in environmentally safe ways. Recycling and being environmentally conscious in all aspects of their process of waste treatment is their passion." Rep. Schmidt further reiterated his support for Veolia's mission by saying, "I support their mission. Thank you for having me today!"

Representative Schmidt, who represents the 114th District, underscored his commitment to serving the community. The visit to Veolia Environmental Services allowed him to witness firsthand the company's dedication to environmentally friendly waste management practices.
